helpful staff

my stay at belle rive boutique was amazing! the location is perfect, just steps from the mekong river. we enjoyed the complimentary sunset cruise and the breakfast by the riverside was simply delightful. the architecture of the buildings is beautiful, and the staff were super friendly and helpful.

The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, really a standout feature of our experience. The breakfast exceeded my expectations with beautiful presentations and the croissants were truly exceptional! ! The location was ideal, only a short walk to the town center, making it convenient for exploring. I also loved the river view from my terrace. it added a special touch to our mornings.

The room could have been cleaner upon arrival.

Exceptional service with river views

Waking up to the serene view of the Mekong River was a true delight. The friendly staff made every moment special, and breakfast was a personalized culinary treat.

The shared bathroom setup felt a bit awkward. A universal socket and USB ports would have made our stay much easier.
